International Wildlife Media Center & Film Festival, Missoula, MT

Associate Coordinator for Outreach/Education
The International Wildlife Media Center & Film Festival is currently seeking a half-time individual to help coordinate and assist with Outreach and Education projects and programs. This includes: Post Festival Tours, Summer Filmmaking Camps & Year Round Workshops, Student/Teacher Attendance at both film festivals (IWFF & CINE), and all events that pertain to the mission of the organization including but not limited to the two annual film festivals, fundraising events and educational projects.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, with strong organizational skills who can take the initiative, think on their feet and undertake projects with creativity and follow-through while being able to take direction and “run with the ball.”

The ideal individual for this position will possess skills in graphics programs (to assist with creation of flyers, posters, layout, newsletters), strong writing and communication skills. Familiarity with web programs is helpful but not required.

Candidates will be favored who have some media and/or communications backgrounds.

Compensation
TBD, most likely $9-10/hour, but based on skills and experience of applicant
