Beartooth Sign & Design/POSITION FILLED

Graphic Design Internship-OR-Part time, with possibility of becoming full time.

Beartooth Signs is a local sign shop doing everything from Logo Design to Apparel Decoration, from Vehicle wraps to storefront signs, from small custom display cases to large wood/metal subdivision entry signs. Beartooth Signs has been around since 1996, and under its current ownership since 2003. Currently it is a busy one man shop as I have not found the right employee that will help move it to the next level. I am a 2001 MSU Graphic Design graduate.

Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Photoshop and Illustrator. You will be comfortable working behind a desk, or taking a design from computer screen to tangible (getting dirty in the shop). You will be creative and find fresh ways of getting client logos to their target market. You will not have a problem with large lazy dogs hangin around the shop/office. You will respect that projects have deadlines, but as long as those are met, schedules are flexible (snow days in winter and lake days in summer). You will have a general good attitude as no one likes being around negativity. Wood-working or metal skills are a plus.

We strive to keep a fun, productive, creative atmosphere. Preferably position begins as internship (college credit available), then turns into part time position, and then becomes full time within a year or two from starting. We would be looking for someone that would like to stay in Bozeman, and is looking for long term employment assuming they enjoy the position and continued growth of the Company. Pay will be depending on experience.

How to Apply
Send an email with some logo design work, some Photoshop work, and anything else that will help show your design strengths.
