Arts and Exhibits Director

The ASMSU Arts and Exhibits Director position is available and open to all MSU students. I am graduating this May and am working with ASMSU to hire a motivated student within the College of Arts and Architecture to fill the position. Overview
The Arts & Exhibits Director works to promote the visual arts on the MSU campus through managing the Exit Gallery and organizing other visual arts events on campus. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Curating art exhibits in the Exit Gallery
• Hiring and managing Exit Gallery staff
• Organizing artist lectures and workshops
• Organizing and distributing publicity for events
• Managing budget and presenting monthly to the ASMSU senate
• Assisting in the organization of Upheaval: A Revolution of the Arts exhibition
• Maintaining the Exit Gallery and storage room

Stipend
$5,500* per academic year.
*Subject to change after ASMSU senate budget process is over.
