Required Experience
High-quality, creative design abilities (print, web) and a strong understanding of social media tools and concepts.
Preferred Experience
Knowledge and experience with communications and marketing strategies (print/electronic mediums), strong photography and videography skills, and knowledge of fundraising fundamentals.
Education Required
Baccalaureate degree in a related field and 1+ years of experience
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The Communications Production Specialist (“Specialist”) of the Montana State University Alumni Foundation (“corporation”) is a production-oriented position focused primarily on developing print, digital, and multimedia communications. The Specialist is also responsible for maintaining the corporation’s social media presence and developing key messaging in support of the corporation’s strategic and overarching communications needs. S/he works closely and collaboratively with other content creators and functional area representatives. The Specialist reports to the corporation’s Communications Manager.
