Design Production Manager/Digital Director
Responsibilities include
• Ad design & management for BSJ & WAA, working directly with advertisers and sales reps to build and approve ads
• BSJ resource guide & ad index layout
• WAA resource guide & advertiser index layout
• Design marketing/ads for WAA
• Print ads, online ads, subscription promotions, postcards, emails, brcs, etc
• Web site maintenance for BSJ & WAA
- uploading articles
- managing advertising
- manage all free member accounts on WAA
- answer all questions that people email in about the sites
• Email newsletters for BSJ & WAA - mailchimp
• Social media research
• Make a social media presence for BSJ & WAA
- tweeting & fb-ing on a regular basis.
- manage Pintrest site
- connecting with our followers by answering questions, asking questions, retweeting
- working on building our followers
- posting articles on Stumble, Digg, Reddit, etc to help bring more visitors to our sites.
- answer emails or forward them onto the right people
- pdfing articles on request
