Graphic Designer, Full-time or Part-time

Solo Stove (solostove.com), a leader in outdoor backpacking/camping stoves, is searching for a Graphic Designer to lead the communication and further develop the voice of our brand through the production of a wide array of digital and print materials. The designer is responsible for implementing effective design solutions for all web design, online advertising, branding, package design and retail collateral materials. This role will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive visual marketing identity across all design platforms as well as leading the charge on the design of future branded product launches. Responsibilities

• Create mind-bending e-commerce web designs (leading the UI and UX efforts on all website &

digital communications) and work with web developers to implement designs

• Create amazing packaging and product manuals, digital and print ads, logo design, retail POP

display, and other marketing collateral to support sales efforts

• Collaborate with off-site photographers and video producers

• Communicate effectively with the team to understand objectives

• Develop, update and manage existing digital files and marketing materials

• Examine all materials for brand consistency

• Work with entire team to conceptualize and launch new brands

Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred. B.A. or B.F.A. in Visual Communications or other related field.

• A strong command and efficient use of Adobe CC InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Proven knowledge and experience in logo design, copy and photo/advertisement layout, and photo

selection

• File management and organizational skills a must

• Ability to proofread copy

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate ideas from concept to execution

• Ability to handle criticism and feedback with professionalism

• Must work creatively and proactively in a team environment

• Ability to develop creative effective solutions to marketing opportunities

• Self-motivated with excellent focus on the task at hand

• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Outdoor recreational experience a plus
