Graphic Designer
Tara Ketner, a graphic design alumna from MSU’s design program (2007) writes in to tell us that her old position as Graphic Designer at Schweitzer Mountain Resort in Sandpoint, Idaho has opened up, and she thinks it would be a great opportunity for one of our current grads.
Tara says: "This particular position is ideal for a recent graduate that wants to earn professional design experience while enjoying the mountain lifestyle. The majority of my job duties consisted of graphic projects (posters, collateral, etc), but there is an opportunity to learn a lot about marketing, the ski/snowboard industry in general as well as experiment with a slough of multimedia equipment (HD video camera, still camera with a variety of lenses, helmet cameras, etc.) Schweitzer is the ideal environment to make mistakes and learn from them. Our marketing office is located directly in the mountain’s village, a mere stone’s throw from the chairlift. Ski and snowboard breaks are ample!"
