Welikesmall (http://www.welikesmall.com) is looking for a multi-talented Interactive designer / developer. We are a small shop of 8 senior level interactive good guys and growing with a focus on doing medium pushing digital work. Our typical client comes to us looking for all types of digital solutions and we take the work from rough concept to reality, we often act as a consultancy and ideation center. This position is mid to senior level, depending on who you are.
•BA in design or relevant degree
•Experience with real brands
•Ability to design thoughtful, detail-oriented, conceptual work
•Ability to do basic design-based Flash development (i.e. motion work, and timeline usage)
•Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc
•Knowledge of HTML, CSS, ActionScript and JavaScript, and how it all works together in relation to design
•Motion design experience
•Good communication skill and team oriented personality
•Attention to detail
•Able to take a joke. If you wear skinny jeans, v-necks and ride a fixie... you will really need to be able to take a joke.
•No ego
This position is for Salt Lake City, do your research, and want to come here. It is an amazing place to live, the best snow in the world is 30 mins away, and we do not work on powder day mornings. However, we also work hard and have a lot of respect for what we do, and who we do it for. You know perfect life balance and all that good stuff.
