Art Director

Role/Responsibilities
+ High degree of conceptual ability related to elevating brands across all mediums (web, video, print)
+ Lead concept development through design and production
+ Present creative solutions to clients
+ Work closely with the creative director, designers, production staff and account services in a collaborative environment
+ Direct creative of freelance resources (writers, illustrators, photographers)

Skills, qualifications and personal attributes
+ 5-plus years of experience in interactive with a background in print
+ A provocative portfolio of successful brand efforts
+ Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent and credible presentation ability
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Solid understanding of online design, technical environments
