Junior Designer
The Jr. Graphic Designer will report to the Director of Art and Toy Development and will be responsible for infusing the Kidrobot brand into all visual communications and projects. This is a great opportunity to work in a creative, collaborative environment that fosters personal and professional growth.The position will focus heavily on Web design, including designing layouts for sites, banner ads, homepages, and newsletters. Other projects include printed promotion, marketing and presentation materials. This position will also be regularly involved in the production process, including packaging concepts and toy development, as well as apparel design and file preparation.

Specific Skills
Requirements:
• Strong foundation in CS3. Knowledge of Flash Animation is a plus.
• Background in web design.
• Experience with preparing and optimizing files for both offset printing and the web
• Detail oriented with an eye for clean, balanced layout.
• Self motivation, organization, and the ability to excel both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to conceptualize visually dynamic and concise ideas.
• Ability to manage a diverse and sometimes intense workload.
