Seeking a dynamic and well-organized undergraduate or graduate student to assist in the design and production of a variety of deliverables. Must be able to work in a high volume environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Executing the design of sales collateral, ads, presentations, exhibit material, etc.
* Assisting in concept development and creative solutions that meet RightNow's brand standards and guidelines
* Responding to general daily client requests—such as locating and resizing images—in a timely manner
* Gathering pricing and preparing files for print
* Completing special projects as assigned

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background
* Must be comfortable in a high energy work environment and be driven by deadline oriented goals
* Able to follow direction from project managers
* Able to interpret needs, objectives, and direction from multiple sources of input
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (CS5)
* Working knowledge of Flash and HTML a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good production skills
