Graphic Designer
In House / Full Time

Seeking in-house graphic designer experienced in print and web media for a leading regional company. Individual is responsible for the graphic design and layout work in preparation of various catalogs, advertisements, point of purchase displays, collateral material and company website. Must have extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Preferred qualifications include the ability to create in-house digital photography of products, writing and proofing skills, art direction of architectural photography.

Responsibilities
•Understand the Bridger Steel brand and create print and web marketing material for their retail stores.
•Design and construct visual displays, point of purchase and exhibits; determines materials and equipment best suited for the job.
•Proficient with graphic design programs in the Adobe Creative Suite on the PC format.
•Writes bid specifications for jobs assigned to outside vendors; coordinates production of material with outside vendors by monitoring jobs in progress, resolving production problems, proofing materials and ensuring deadlines are met.
•Awareness of professional file preparation including pre-press packaging, color management for print and web usage (CMYK and RGB).
•Manage the photographic assets and create new product and location photography.
•Maintain department files of completed assignments; maintains accurate logs of work in progress such as time devoted to projects and materials used.
•Confer with marketing team regarding project specifications and creative direction.
•Must be dependable with good follow through, meet deadlines and budgets and work independently as well as collaboratively with Bridger Steel team and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with professional experience preferred. Salary consummate to experience.
