The Design Generalist's are responsible for unique projects that influence Facebook's brand internally and externally. We spend our energy focused on building a strong company culture through the use of hand printed posters, art projects, and the design of the physical space itself. To help us accomplish this we started and built the Facebook Analog Research Laboratory which is a screen printing studio and workshop. We are looking for a confident, entrepreneurial, and self motivated designer with a strong point of view and an ability to work in any medium. You need to be as fascinated with technology as with print. Likewise, you need to be as comfortable in a print studio or wood shop as you are in Illustrator or Photoshop. This position is full-time and based in Menlo Park, California, and you must have a portfolio link on your resume.

Requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in any medium, and to find creative solutions to produce any idea.
• Comfortable working with people from other disciplines (architects, engineers, marketers, etc.)
• Strong design, illustration, typography, lettering and branding skills.
• Ability to screen print or letterpress
• Basic knowledge of Processing, and/or other programming languages, or willingness to learn
